Eventhogh the insurance took forever to process approval for service Once S.C received my car it was quick in getting it back to me good as new I loved that they kept me informed on total process
This body shop does a great job, I had 2 of my cars repaired here. Lifetime warranty with Mercury Insurance.
After unfortunately coming back multiple times, each person has welcomed me with kindness. Specifically, Ray and Jessica have stayed behind an hour after closing to allow me to pick up my car and Alex even offered to drive me home after dropping off my car. Overall, really great service.
Supreme Collision was great to work with from the start. Ray made the process smooth and kept my mind at ease as I had my Mercedes being fixed from a recent accident on the front bumper, fender and front passenger door. He always kept me updated along with Jessica. Jessica always kept me in the loop and was great help when contacting and coordinating with my Insurance. Highly recommended!!
