I come twice a year and usually always wait 2 hours no matter if I book a day in advance to a week in advance. Today we waited 3 hours, hence the review. The barber “Chu/Matt” is a cool dude but his timing for setting appointments or telling clients when to come in is horrible. Yes they greet you when you walk in and acknowledge you but the music is most definitely explicit like there was no concern for rappers talking about pussy while the young boys are waiting to get their hair cuts.
