NGL, I've NEVER had a problem here. I get the same brother almost every time, and he is always on point. I first took my car (sedan) and they made it look new. Then next week I brought the wife's SUV, that bad boy came back clean! I'm headed there this morning, lol. I judge places on whether I'd go back or not, and yep, this place is solid with reasonable prices.
I've been patronizing Supreme Clean for over 2 years now. They are a 100% hand car wash and detail business. I know who my favorite car wash techs are, but they all work hard to get the job done. And if something isn't done right, leet them know and they'll correct it. I believe the rates are low to allow for tipping the techs... NOT that their low because the quality is low. Not sure of his name, but he did an awesome job on my Mustang.
The first time coming and the young men who worked hard on getting the cars washed had a method to their madness. The driver in front thought she was forgotten, but the one assigned to wash her car was being proactive. The crew each communicated with others, which is what was observed and very professional when asked a guestion. I will be coming back to this location for sure for full service; today is just an exterior wash.
