I have worked here for over 30 years. Management has been fair the working conditions are pretty good. It is a die cast shop which means it is hard dirty work, but it more than pays my bills
I'd give zero stars if i could. The shipping department loves to waste people's time due to their own poor communication with freight brokers. Incompetence runs rampant here.
easy place to make a delivery. receiving hours 8-3. had a load of ingots. in and out in about 40 mins. truck stop about 15 mins away
Favoritism and unequal employment hiring methods , if u aren't from Lakeshore they will use u to their benefit and then screw u over , don't waste u're time like I did..
