Well if you think using coupons nowadays with certain companies will work... this company doesn't honor them..or the 15% senior discount ... All kinds of excuses on what they can't do for the coupon and just wanted to upgrade services...everything ... And out of attitude just left the two bedrooms soaking wet ..no sucking up excess water and refused to do one rug carpet which should have been included on" five rooms coupon" as it was a rug...we had 2 rooms with carpet and 3 area rugs .. Don't waste your time and $
This company is AWFUL! They rarely call back, schedule appts and don’t show up on time or call. Sell you a “warranty” which basically gets you a discount on getting your carpets cleaned. The owner does not know how to run an organized company that can make people happy!!
