This company is AWFUL! They rarely call back, schedule appts and don’t show up on time or call. Sell you a “warranty” which basically gets you a discount on getting your carpets cleaned. The owner does not know how to run an organized company that can make people happy!!

Absolute fraud. Look up the owner, Richard Riccobono and you’ll see he continues to close and open new companies likely due to horrid reviews and lawsuits. I paid this crook nearly $300 to clean and seal my grout. He cleaned 1 of 5 rooms and didn’t seal a THING. After countless phone calls and even attempting to show up at their storefront off Lena Road, I gave up and accepted the fact that I had just been taken.
