I have visited other emergency rooms before, and while I cannot say they were bad, the level of care I received at this facility stood out in a meaningful way. What impressed me most was the staff their attentiveness and warmth were consistent throughout my entire visit, even during what must have been the early hours of the morning when fatigue is a very real factor. We started going to this location the year they opened and our family has been a number of times for various reasons, myself being the main patient. I've recommended family, friends, and neighbors here due to the swift and beyond excellent morals and ethics provided. Our toddler and older child have also been treated here in the past, and the care they received was exceptional. I wasn't sure what to expect when we came to this remote ER, but the experience truly exceeded my expectations. What stood out most was not the facility or the equipment, but the people.
