I’m fairly new to the Zachary area and I needed to find a shop close to my home. I stopped at Supreme Car Care spoke with the owner Ty about an AC issue and I was advised to drop off the following day for diagnostic. I dropped my vehicle off and my vehicle stayed there the entire day. I received a call from Ty the owner of the shop later that afternoon stating that he performed a diagnostic and found that there was a low Freon issue. What an absolute unprofessional jerk! I went in Monday, June 17th and inquired about a front-end alignment as I had just rebuilt the front-end of my truck. Ty told me that he couldn't get to it until Friday and told me to be there about 10:30 Friday morning. He also told me to go ahead and get new tires on the front before the alignment. The work and price is always better than dealerships. Work is always done in a timely manner. I have been going to Supreme for about 4 years now and I have never been disappointed.
I called, a guy answered the phone and he acted like a dueche bag with an attitude when i was asking questions. So rude and everything.
