Where to begin?? Signing the contract with the owner at the boat show was great, "everything you see on this boat is included in our boat package". Not quite accurate, since no one at the store level was made aware and it left us having to battle for the boat show perks. Besides that, boat trailer was damaged. They supplied a new part for us to install that looked like it was dragged across their showroom floor. They say that's the best they can do.
