Absolutely terrible experience with Supreme Automotive and Tires. I brought my SUV in for a diagnostic on May 29 and paid Hector (the mechanic) $120 via Zelle. He later told me the issue was the thermostat, then added that a radiator fan needed replacing. Over the next few days, I paid him $635 total, all through Zelle, with no receipts, no invoices, and no paperwork. Brought my personal conveyance in, for tire replacement, the tire wasn't the correct size although I was assured it was the tire was too small and the tire made a knocking sound when I returned, I was told there is no warranty for used tires yet I signed nothing. The establishment did not present receipt of sales for services. I made the educated decision to have him just take off the tire and put on the spare and in doing so it revealed that THE SAME GUY WHO PUT ON THE TIRE stripped the lug putting on too tight and then bro... read more
