Came to the office in December and scheduled an appointment for dashcam installation for January 6, 2026 at noon. I know people can make an error with my name and my phone number so I made sure the correct information was given. On January 6, 2026, I walk in 5 minutes before the appointment time and was told that the person who will install is ill and he did not have my phone number to let me know. My BAIID is serviced here by Drew representing Intoxalock. I’ve been servicing with him now for 3 years. He did my installation and I come here every 2 months to have it calibrated for $20. It’s quick and easy and I’ve never had a negative experience. Nothing but smooth easy transactions. He has the cutest shop doggies there and they’re very nice and well behaved. Drew was very kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. Drew answered all of my questions and assuaged my concerns. Drew was able to install a remote starter on my vehicle when all other places in town told me it was IMPOSSIBLE. Drew, however, embraced the challenge and defeated it!
