This is the only place so far that I rent from via Turo I am satisfied with the customer service the condition of the vehicles and the immediate assistance when I needed it this young man set up my blue tooth both times I had not idea how to connect It he patiently showed me both times two different cars I would rather go here than a regular rental company cause u get to choose the car you will be driving great service I love this company ❤️vehicles at always ready no long check in process they confirm your drivers license a... read more
The car achieved its purpose in getting me from point A to point B. I messaged the host and received no response at all over my 2-week rental. The front turn signals do not work, the check engine light was on the entire time, and the passenger door handle is barely hanging on for its life. When I called to inquire about the check-out process no one picked up the phone. The only positive is that the check-in and check-out process is extremely fast and the car was decently cleaned.

During a recent visit to Maryland I used TURO to rent a family van FROM SUPREME AUTO SALES. The experience was great from checking the car out to returning it on time even though the car was a little run down the pricing was unbeatable and it was convenient.
If you’re looking for a reliable rental car. This is NOT the place to come. Car broke down out of town. All the lights on the dash board came on. They left me high dry. I was on my own, now we talking dark on the highway. My daughter and I, it was horrible. A nightmare definitely dangerous. Never Again! Thank God, I made it safely to my destination.
