Two complaints: First, the told me 45 minutes when they took 3 hours! Second, the man behind the counter is rude! Go to Andrew's they had the same part for $15 cheaper. It's worth the extra 5 minutes to drive there. BOO SUPREME! Never using you again!
I just bought a car from Supreme auto and love the car. 2004 Impala and it had a few things wrong with it as most used cars do. They fixed all the things wrong with it and never had a bad word to say about doing any of the repairs. I was very impressed with the way they treated me and made me feel welcome at their place. I will be back to them in the future if I need parts or another car. Thank you so much Tom and Joe, you are really good guys!
We have purchased 2 vehicles and going back again. Joe is very helpful and have NEVER had a problem. They provide guarantees and warranties and stand behind their word
cars are death traps my sister bought one from them they passed the inspection on it then that night she went to stop and the car wouldnt we took it to a garage to have it reinspected and ther ewas well over ten things wrong that shouldve failed the inspection
I bought a 04 chevy impala back in march, it has a 1 year engine and tranny warranty, about a week ago my ignition control module (which is in the electrical system not the engine like it is in some cars) went bad and my car kept stalling out and it needed to be replaced. i had to have it towed to my mechanic because i live in buffalo not olean, i called joe up and told him what was going on trying to see if he could do anything to help me out, even though it was past the 30 day anything wrong warrarnty. he got me a great de... read more
