I had a large dent in Passenger door due to someone backing into it. I thought it would be quick and easy repair was just hoping they did good paint work. I ended up needing a new door because the cross member was damaged and unsafe. The job kept taking longer than expected and after their excuses started to be inconsistent I pressured I wanted my car back because I didn't have a rental and I was already almost double the original time line.
