I had some incidental body damage on my car and shopped extensively in the Raleigh for repair work. Supreme Auto Body + Paint was very competitive on price, their work ended up being good, and I am very happy about my experience. I'd use their services again.
Did a lot of my truck but did not do all that we discussed, my fault for not having my est written out to a spec would not recommend. Had my truck for over 6 weeeks told them if cost a little more all they had to do was call not a word now I would not go back just due to fact that they did not care very disappointing, to bad I could of sent them a lot of work , your nothing without your word. I recently hit a deer and was devastated by the effects it had on my vehicle! I called Supreme who were kind and understanding. They towed my Car within the hour that I called them, and kept me posted each step of the way. I was able to pick up my car this morning and it’s in pristine condition! Alex the manager is very friendly and did a great job repairing my vehicle! Thank you Supreme; I hope to not have any car work needed in the future, but if I do, you will be my first call!
Horrible. I will never take my Polaris Slingshot back to them. They broke my driver’s side view mirror. Then wanted me to pay $100.00 to replace it. Lied about the replacement cost. The co- owner, Jennifer Kracke was nice enough to reimburse me for the cost of the left side driver’s side mirror the first time I had taken it to them. The white paint started fading out on the hood that they claim to have put 3 coats of white paint on it.. I paid $2,000 for a custom paint job. I made arrangements to take it back.
