Supreme Athletics is a great local gym with a really strong, positive atmosphere. The facility is clean, well run, and has everything you need whether you’re serious about training or just trying to get back into shape. The owner truly cares about the members and puts a lot of pride into the gym. You can tell this isn’t just a business to him, it’s a place he wants people to feel comfortable, motivated, and supported. Definitely recommend checking it out if you’re looking for a gym in the area.

I believe I started training with Fred in Sept and to say my body has changed is an understatement. I've been working out for a long time and it's been years and it's been a long time since I have experienced progress like this. Fred challenges me in the best way and always pays close attention to my form. He is so encouraging and really is the best trainer.
