This place has really great workouts! Especially on Saturday mornings at 9. It’s a good blend of strength training and endurance building and the community there is amazing. Love going!

I have had a great experience with this gym. The trainers are kind and helpful while the rest of the members are just as welcoming and supportive. I recently suffered a knee injury and the trainer, Fred, has taken the time and effort to modify the exercises during classes to ensure I still get a high-intensity workout. I appreciate everything they have done for me thus far! Highly recommend!
