We called in to discuss upgrading our little 19” TV to something better and Richard was extremely knowledgeable, on his recommendation we decided to go with the Avtex 24” smart TV and Richard even made up a small power cable so it would work with our existing plug. Mounted it this morning, put the satellite up and turned it on - hey presto we’ve everything we wanted! Thanks Richard for all your help.

Very professional and super service
The first time we purchased a Smartdome and we were very impressed with the service and support. So when the occasion occurred to replace our TV we did not hesitate going back again. Very happy once more. Taking the opportunity to discuss some other issues we were surprised with the level of interest and support as these issues are not really mainstream for them. Congratulations to the Team on a job well done.
