Supreme has been incredible. 10 star worthy service. They have far exceeded expectations each time I have called on them, including coming out at nearly midnight when the ac stoped working. They have now installed a whole new system in my house and the work was flawless.
Our air conditioner stopped working last night. This morning we called Supreme Air and Heat at 7 am and they answered the phone promptly. They arranged for a technician to visit between 9:30 am and 11:30 am. The technician arrived at 9:30 and was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained what he would be doing, diagnosed the problem, and completed the repair in a single visit. He took time to answer our questions. The cost was very reasonable. We fully recommend Supreme Air and will be using them in the future.
I contacted the company on Friday and they would have had someone available next day, but I felt my problem could wait for a week day. I set up an appointment easily through email messages for Monday in the morning. Olsi came out in the morning and found the problem quickly. He is very knowledgeable and professional.
