I was visiting my parents from out of town and they told me their dryer hadn’t worked since install - 2 years ago. I stayed up all night Wednesday and tried for all of Thursday to figure out why the dryer was throwing code. Finally I realized my parents had not cleaned the dryer vent since they moved into the house over forty years ago. For real. We had supreme air care come out to inspect and clean our HVAC duct system after concerns about possible mold growth. They took the time to inspect the system, explain what they found, and walk us through the recommended cleaning, disinfecting, mold-prevention treatment, and UV light installation. The final package included cleaning the full duct system, treatment to help prevent regrowth, installation of a UV light, and follow-up service under their warranty.
