Unbelievable Service and People, Especially Tudor, he didn't give up till my problem was fixed, its easy to say any company would have done the same they all the same reply, bring it in we will look at it. I told Tudor the symptoms of the machine he instantly knew the problem and shipped me the parts, told me exactly how to disassemble and assemble it, and did a follow up email to ensure everything is ok. I will recommend Supramatic to anyone. Keep up the customer relations Gentlemen.

I own a MaraX espresso machine which I greatly enjoy but I recently experienced a rubber/plastic burning smell that was of great concern. Worries about electrical fires in my wooden house, etc. It turned out to be the SSR had melted down. Just 1 year old! Anyway, I contacted John, the service manager, and he confirmed the warranty and set up an appointment for 3 days later. Amazing. This was my second time ordering coffee from Espresso Planet, and I can now confidently say they’ve earned a loyal customer! During my most recent order, I made two mistakes and had to send two follow-up messages to request changes. Each time, the response was quick, positive, and very helpful. Anthony, in particular, was incredibly supportive. The corrected order arrived fast and exactly as expected. And of course, the coffee is as delicious as ever. Highly recommended for both their customer service and quality products!
