I ordered an Airscape coffee container, it was very well packaged and protected, but the lids arrived with the seals stretched and uneven. I sent an email to customer support late at night, and they replied the very next day early in the morning. After I provided photos, they immediately placed a replacement order at no charge for the defective parts. Their customer service team was very responsive, helpful, and efficient.
