Very knowledgeable on all things espresso. I had an issues with my Rocket Apartmento and John gave me a clear steps to troubleshoot and bought me the right part, also guided me to the right service techs in my area to complete the work. It is refreshing to work with people like John who values more than a predefined response to a client contact form.

We brought our Miele coffee maker for an issue with the coffee volume set up and luckily we had Sam the technician who was so kind to walk us through the programing steps and didn't spare any effort educating us on a number of other maintenance steps that are necessary for this unit. Sam's approach to customer service speaks volumes about him and the entire organization and we are convinced that he is a real asset to Supramatic. We are extremely happy we chose this location and very happy to have met Sam.
