Terrible place. Management should be doing better here. If this is a place you are thinking of using I would try and look for a different place that takes better care.
Supra is a super sensitive and trusting home care program. Their smaller setting was a great alternative from the more clinical institutional environments of the larger assisted living communities our mom lived in before. Supra staff were respectful and attentive to the small and profound changes that are a part of aging. They were open, understanding, and easy to partner with in the care of our mom. Friendly and professional staff, great views, great location.
Sujan and his team of caregivers are top notch. Everyone there took the best care of my mother, providing 100% attention, warmth and comfort, allowing our family to relax knowing she was in the best hands. Suprahomes is peaceful, clean and has a large sunny deck with seating for visiting, fruit trees and an ongoing garden from which fresh food is often prepared.
