First time I've used Jason, and it won't be the last. Said he'd be here between 4 and 5, came just after 4, the problem I contacted him about turned out to be such a stupid thing, courtesy of the clowns who built this house, but he figured it out right away, fixed it, was here less than half an hour. He's friendly, honest, his rates reasonable. Very highly recommended.
