I wish I could give this boat and this company zero stars. I purchased a brand-new $250,000 Supra expecting a premium product and premium customer service. Instead, I’ve spent more time dealing with warranty repairs than actually enjoying the boat. To be fair, many of the repairs have been covered under warranty. Great boat and service.
I would not buy this boat again. I have had it one year and two months, 2024 supra SE. Paid close to $300,000, and look at all the cracks in the gel coat. I called the company and the gel code is only warranted for one year. There are about seven cracks. Absolutely terrible customer service. Buy something else. All of my other military veteran friends are going to buy something different!!!!
