NEVER use Priceline. I booked a hotel using Priceline and cannot get a hold of anyone to cancel. The date has now passed and now I at least need a receipt for my expenses. NO ANSWER!! I called and a machine says cannot find my confirmation number then the phone just hangs up! No redirection and no help. Even the hotel has also been trying to contact Priceline on my behalf with absolutely luck. How is there no existing customer service or way to speak with an agent?!? I’ve never experienced this!!

The quick response via the Priceline phone number proved their excellent customer service commitment for both Hotel and Airline concerns. I appreciate having such a reliable option near me.

I used the Priceline hotline to confirm my Hotel booking, and the customer service was outstanding. They also helped with my Airline tickets quickly. Such fantastic support is always available near me.

Priceline made booking my hotel and flight incredibly easy. Their customer support was excellent, and the hotline staff were very attentive. Truly impressed with how smooth everything was from start to finish.
