My aunt lived at Lakeside Terrace until she went into the hospital emaciated. Covered head to toe in bugs. She contracted serious case of lice. Her scalp was full of scabs and sores from the lice. He runs his own website and gives himself awards, makes millions off of developmentally delayed peoples. My aunt lives at Lakeside Terrace. She is mentally challenged. There is quite a bedbug infestation. So full of bedbugs that she had bites all over her. My mother and I got bitten by bugs just sitting in the kitchen the first time we saw her. She has one broken and and one crippled up hand. That shake really bad. Before thinking about signing up for Supportive Living - please read the investigative article posted by The Star. Food and staff shortages, rotten food, moldy buildings and bedbugs are common at many of these compounds.
Very poor operation according to the Toronto Star. The branch in Welland on Beatrice Street leaves a lot to be desired. The government must step in quickly as many vulnerable people are being taken advantage of!
