My aunt lived at Lakeside Terrace until she went into the hospital emaciated. Covered head to toe in bugs. She contracted serious case of lice. Her scalp was full of scabs and sores from the lice. The home did not treat the environment. They cut off my aunt’s hair. Bugs were seen all over her head, on her clothes and when the PSW went to shower her lice was seen all over the bathroom counter. In the sink and all over the shower head. Also you cannot bring anything to the forefoot Sharma. She will get very hostile. In March m... read more

NOT regulated. PLEASE send your loved ones elsewhere. The entirety of this is a facade and sham. PLEASE don't ever send your loved ones to a place like this. This man is disgusting. He runs his own website and gives himself awards, makes millions off of developmentally delayed peoples. He even owns his own pharmacies and only allows them to fulfill scripts through him which can take several days to weeks. He is not a humanitarian. People have died in his care. Many! If you love someone, please don't let them live in any of h... read more

She got infested with head lice and they shaved her head. The first time we were there for dinner they served a small bowl of soup. Which had a couple pieces of potatoe a carrot and a piece of meat. She got a half a ... read more

Before thinking about signing up for Supportive Living - please read the investigative article posted by The Star. Food and staff shortages, rotten food, moldy buildings and bedbugs are common at many of these compounds.

Very poor operation according to the Toronto Star. The branch in Welland on Beatrice Street leaves a lot to be desired. The government must step in quickly as many vulnerable people are being taken advantage of!
