Not every situation is perfect, but this organization works tirelessly to support residents with compassion and fairness. They go above and beyond, especially when dealing with residents facing serious personal struggles. That work deserves appreciation.
My aunt lived at Lakeside Terrace until she went into the hospital emaciated. Covered head to toe in bugs. She contracted serious case of lice. Her scalp was full of scabs and sores from the lice. The home did not treat the environment. They cut off my aunt’s hair. Bugs were seen all over her head, on her clothes and when the PSW went to shower her lice was seen all over the bathroom counter. NOT regulated. PLEASE send your loved ones elsewhere. The entirety of this is a facade and sham. PLEASE don't ever send your loved ones to a place like this. This man is disgusting. He runs his own website and gives himself awards, makes millions off of developmentally delayed peoples. My aunt lives at Lakeside Terrace. She is mentally challenged. There is quite a bedbug infestation. So full of bedbugs that she had bites all over her. My mother and I got bitten by bugs just sitting in the kitchen the first time we saw her. She has one broken and and one crippled up hand. That shake really bad.
