As much as I am very appreciative of the services I was provided regarding weatherization, the doors they weatherized are worse than before. I can feel the drafts coming in around my front and back doors. I've had to tape up around the doors and along the bottom to prevent the air from coming in. My house is noticeably colder. I am somehow going to have to pay to have these doors fixed or replaced. Everything else they did was great, but the doors and all the cold air coming in is really frustrating.

Supportive Services has been outstanding. I qualified for the Weatherization Program June 2021. Their team, including inspectors, repair crew, front office workers, has been consistently helpful, thorough, hardworking and very personable. In addition to improving the efficiency of my house with insulation, a new hot water tank, weatherstripping, new CO2 and Smoke alarms, they provided valuable advice regarding my plans for home repairs beyond the scope of the Weatherization Program.
