What is there to say about the uselessness of this organization's case management program? What could I possibly say that would adequately describe how pointless, meaningless, and utterly awful this program's services are? Suffice to say that case managers, well-educated and trained as they are, don't really do anything. They are basically bureaucrats and rubber stampers.
