I had both parents needing to go into permanent care and consultant Robyn was an absolute gem. It’s an emotional time and using Supportive Aged Care made the process smoother and easier to navigate.
Marlena has been a wonderful resource during an extremely difficult time - having to place not only one but both of my parents into care. Heartless ghouls.
I've never seen an organisation in any type of Service Industry, receive ONLY 5 star reviews, and yet here we are. I've had 2 dealings with Marlena over the past year to get assistance in arranging respite care for my mother. The service provided was exceptional on all fronts. She listened to what we were after and perfectly aligned the available options, arranging all of the visits to fit in with our availability.
