If i could give less than one star for this business i would. They treat the staff horrible and expect you to work 24hrs a day. They also pay the lowest anywhere. If you need a job. Go to mcdonalds, you would be treated better. The office workers think the staff that works in the houses are just "making a big deal". They dont work in the houses nor will they.
They will literally hire anyone off the street. I’ve witnessed the staff treat their clients horribly. Yelling and giving them attitude. I’ve never had a good encounter with the staff.
Worked for this company 2 1/2 years. Not a good experience . When you decide to leave, give a 2 week notice in writing if you have any PTO. Make copies. They wouldn't pay me for mine. Lost 44 hrs. Thats over a weeks wages ! Beware!
