My wife was working for these people and they have stiffed her for 2.5 months or work. We have opened a case against them with the CA. Labor Relations Board, but they cannot locate them. Seems they have changed names or maybe moved. They will not return phone calls or registered mail. I would like to network with anyone else here in CA to gather info on how to get our money from these cheats and give the CALRB the correct contact info. United we stand a better chance of getting some traction.

William, I have a small cleaning business and the same thing happened to me. Two things: Is there some way we can join together to find them/make them pay? For your peace of mind, KBS is a quality business that I have worked with for a few years. They always pay and are generally good to work with.

We sub-contracted to perform landscape maintenance work at 2 Walgreens store locations in San Angelo, TX. When we began working for SSA we were told we were insurance compliant. After working for them from April 2012 through February of 2013 they told us we were not insurance compliant. After working for them for 10 months. We changed our insurance coverage to comply with all their requirements, were told by SSA we were NOW compliant. But still, 10-21-2013 they have not paid us for the work we completed last winter.
