Would give more stars if they have a proper address. I tried to order sciatica stuff through their catalog, and the order didn't get through the mailing process.

Gave one star but no stars would be given if I could do that. My pay option was charged more than in my Support Plus cart. I was informed of the change in billed amount by my pay option. Never received a confirmation email with invoice from Support Plus (SP). Called SP; told system was down so call back in an hour. Called back. Vendor said a glitch in system caused discount to drop causing incorrect billing. Had to provide discount code. I would give their customer service the lowest review. Rude, short attention span and questionable knowledge. I was shipped adult diapers. I didn’t order adult diapers. The wrong order was sent. Called customer service they said they will send me my correct order. They sent me the wrong order again. Called customer service and got hung up 3 times. Called to speak to Supervisor and she hung up on me! NEVER AGAIN. The worst customer service I have ever had to deal with.

Terrible service! I ordered 2 packages of bibs, and I paid extra $31.98 for expedited delivery because I needed the bibs urgently. No only they did not come on time, I got the wrong product. I got 2 back pain belts. When I called to complain and ask for the money of the expedited shipping back because I didn’t get what I paid for, I was put on hold and then disconnected without explanation.
