It's an ok facility, but there are places that needs to be improved drastically. Especially, with the teacher there is a 5th grade teacher. They also only do 1 hour of school work, so how are the children to learn the needed materials when they don't have adequate time to do schoolwork?
Never ever opt for this place unless you have ZERO alternatives. They are the most horribly run center by far.
absolutely LOVE the therapist at this location.
Showing up in person for a virtual appointment is not my idea of virtual. Why not just email a link like everyone else??? Showing up ON TIME just to be placed in a virtual waiting room for over 30 minutes is a huge waste of my time! Who really waits until the time of the appointment to review paperwork? Insurance information was provided DAYS ahead of time and there was a copay... My insurance wasn't accepted and this was revealed AFTER paying, all of the hassle and waiting. Overall horrible experience.
My son was receiving therapy here and we were never late or missed an appointment I felt like my child desperately needed therapy so I made sure that he was always there ,my son is Autistic he was diagnosed severely Autistic at eighteen months old ,he seems to be doing better but does need therapy....At his last appointment he got upset and tore up a crayon box and damaged a toy he did this because he didn't want to leave he thought that they were playing games so he was upset when we had to leave to go home ... after this e... read more
