1. You can't 100% trust their delivery date promises. When you really need something to be shipped in the promised time - it could get delayed. 2. The low price guarantee - is also not exactly working (they'll give you some reason, like other companies have a promotion or etc). 3. But the site and assortment of stuff they sell is better than on all their competitors i know about ) If you are not in a hurry - and price works for you, go for it.
Great company
Shipping times have become completely unreliable. I've had 3 instances in the last 6 months where the warehouse didn't package and ship in time to meet their delivery date. This particular time I ordered a time sensitive part for a customer. The part was not shipped until the next day so I'm not able to get the customer back up and running for a big event.
