I want to warn anyone expecting true "next-day delivery" from Supplyhouse — don’t fall for it. I placed my order well within the time window advertised for next-day shipping. Everything on the listing made it seem like I’d get the product the very next day. That urgency definitely influenced my decision to buy. I order six 10"x5' duct pipe on July 10th with next day delivery of July 11th, which I needed for project starting the next day on the 12th. Late evening on July 10th UPS informed me the delivery was delayed and would not be delivered on the 11th, despite SupplyHouse sending me a message my ordered had shipped.. 1. You can't 100% trust their delivery date promises. When you really need something to be shipped in the promised time - it could get delayed. 2. The low price guarantee - is also not exactly working (they'll give you some reason, like other companies have a promotion or etc). 3. But the site and assortment of stuff they sell is better than on all their competitors i know about ) If you are not in a hurry - and price works for you, go for it.
Great company
Shipping times have become completely unreliable. I've had 3 instances in the last 6 months where the warehouse didn't package and ship in time to meet their delivery date. This particular time I ordered a time sensitive part for a customer. The part was not shipped until the next day so I'm not able to get the customer back up and running for a big event.
