I used their mail order service to buy some large items like a well pressure tank, fittings, etc. To my surprise it all showed up the next day. Later, when I had a minor issue with one bad fitting, they sent a free replacement - also the next day. So a 5 star experience all around.
Very fast shipping! My furnace filters arrived well-packed and in perfect condition. I will buy from again for sure.
