The piece I ordered was not good I have to return it!

I called and was told thy had two units of a water heater in stock ready to ship. I placed the order and two days later received a refund. I called shortly after receiving the email and they said that they are no longer in stock. That is all, no other explanation or trying to make it right. This place has fairly terrible customer service and does not stand behind their word
