Becareful of what you order through them, their warranty policy is horrible they don't honor the warranty they promise.

Great company for ordering plumbing parts. The bladder tank I ordered was packaged so well that even UPS could not have damaged it! I had one item that was missing a piece. SH quickly sent a new replacement next day. I will order more when I re-do the rest of my plumbing in PEX. Highly recommend this supplier.

Unbelievably good company! Their inventory is VAST and I have been able to get every routine and oddball item I have needed at a very fair price. More than that, their customer service is incredible. I have order a LOT of stuff and have only had 2 issues (one item damaged upon arrival and one item missing a part). Both times customer service was fast and EASY. No BS, no making me jump through hoops, no burden of proof, no hassle at all, just "I'm really sorry about that, I'll ship you a replacement right now". Such a refresh... read more
