Listed wrong part that was supposed to be a match for mine and they refuse to refund it. Thanks to this i had to go out and buy a whole new appliance and fittings just to remedy the issue costing me over 1000$ They put the blame on their suppliers and refuse to take any responsibility. And the customer service is god awful they give you 1 response and basically say that's all you get and dont ever respond again until you send multiple more messages not like it matters they won't help you anyway just feed you more lies and bl... read more

I bought 2 capacitors online because the photos on their web page and the specifications matched perfectly even in the smallest details with the one I have; the worn-out capacitor. Here, to my great surprise, I was sent 2 capacitors (both at the ends) that do not match; short and undersized by their diameters. Even the specifications are about the same. So they are forcing me to install ta part because they don’t want to refund my money!

OMG I’m sooooooo grateful to this company. We purchased the product on Tuesday and Wednesday it was here. We now have hot water again and saved thousands on replacing a hot water tank that only needed a flammable vapor sensor. Took less than 2 minutes to install. And the part was the EXACT match. Thanks again!
