Jennifer has been very knowledgeable and helpful. She is very responsive and efficient. My contractor told me to work with Jennifer even though I live in RI, and I am glad I was referred to her, she has been a pleasure to work with and has made my project much easier for me. My contractor recommended Kitchen & Bath Gallery for fixtures for our bath renovation. I called the N. Attleboro store and made an appointment with sales rep Dionne for the next day. Maybe it was a bad day at the showroom, but we were not impressed. When my husband and I arrived on time for the appointment, a young woman told us Dionne was on the phone and would be with us shortly. Excellent. We looked at a Kohler tub here, to go with an order we placed at the Kitchen & Bath Gallery location near our house. Amanda Ortendahl was friendly and had a great working relationship with staff at the other location. Buying the tub was incredibly easy!
I had the pleasure of working with Annie Fiffe on the renovation of my 1940s-era kitchen, and I cannot speak highly enough of her expertise and dedication.
