After two months of back and forth, this company said that my project was not the "right" fit. I got such obtuse responses from the designer that it led to mock up after mock up. The person had to do field work, design work, and communications. It is a recipe for disaster. After two months, they laid on me that they might not be able to deliver to my location, they'd have to check on that.
