Cotton loads go to 1701, dispatch made the mistake of telling me 1601 but they were very nice about it and a very fast unload at the other building with TONs of space to maneuver. If you go to 1601, pull into the first parking lot and make sure to bring your ID in with your paperwork.

Pretty decent for what it is. Have had to wait a couple hours start to finish from check in to departure. Bring your driver's license in with you when checking in. They do also have a NICE restroom for drivers to use so PLEASE let's keep it that way! Also they have a gate on main driveway probably could park 3 or 4 trucks overnight.

Great place for pick up, there’s plenty of room to maneuver. First entrance find parking and do inside office with pick number and driver license

I saw the bad reviews but my experience was quite good. I checked in at 8am and I was back on the road by 9:30. They have a separate truck lot before the docks that they want you to park in before you check in. Make sure to bring your driver's license in with you to the office. Everyone in the office and the guy who loaded my truck were all pleasant to deal with. Plenty of room to get backed. Load was heavy but it was done properly and scaled out on the first try. Clean restrooms. I would pick up from here again.
