Horrible, terrible, and just plain bad business practices. I have ordered an item from SOTF twice, and each time has been a total disaster. Their shipping estimates are wildly inaccurate and customer service seems unable to provide any answers or even to update the estimated delivery date. I ordered a basic, $30 off-the-shelf item which was supposed to arrive 10 days ago, and the order status is still unknown with no tracking information available and no option of cancelling. Would’ve gave 5 stars if my packages would all come in together. Instead I have to deal with getting half my order and never seeing the other half
We placed an order with this company end of November 2021. We never received the order. When I called customer service to ask about this, I was told that it was deliver, at the end of December and signed for. But the problem is, our restaurant was not open, and the person that signed for the delivery was actually in their warehouse. after 2 weeks of calls and emails Supplies on the Fly finally said oh yeah your items weren't delivered.
