I’m deeply disappointed by the treatment people of colour receive at this establishment. In my experience, the care and respect extended to non-white individuals and families is significantly lacking. This isn’t just an isolated issue with staff—it appears to be known and tolerated by management, which is even more concerning. I strongly urge others, especially people of colour, to be cautious. Everyone deserves to be treated with dignity, and sadly, that’s not what you’ll find here.

My mother has been in Supples since March of 22. She moved in during the pandemic and it’s been an absolute pleasure and relief knowing that she is in such caring and capable hands. I’m her main family support and live in Alberta so am so very grateful that she’s at Supples. Amazing staff in all departments… thanks to everyone there!
My mom has lived here for 2 1/2 years. She has faced many adjustments, her husband of 60 years passed away, COVID lockdown, and living alone for the first time in her life. Supples Landing made her feel important and loved. The staff go above to make her feel loved and valued. Eating with her friends is her highlight of the day. She joins activities and has made new friends. A special thanks to the staff, management and the Executive Director for making her birthday so very special.
My father has been living at Supples Landing for over 2 years. We are very impressed how Supples has kept him safe during the pandemic. The staff are fantastic. They are very kind, caring and helpful. I am very pleased and appreciative of the care that he has received.
