I stopped in from out of town and the staff greeted me like I had been coming there for years! They were super knowledgeable, had great customer service, and let me know about new products that really peaked my interest. I was even poured a sample of a new flavor of post workout that I mentioned being curious to try. 10/10 experience and staff! These people are the real deal!
Staff is great and make you feel welcomed everytime you come in. I worked worked with Bradley and a great experience! Took the time to go over a meal plan with me and answered all my questions. Can’t go wrong with him or anyone else there
I'm such a huge fan of Supplement Superstore. The people who work there are so knowledgeable, helpful and caring! They even entertained my kids so I could finish my nutrition consult :) I have found success reaching my fitness goals, and I know it is in-part because of their guidance and support. I would highly recommend this store to anyone who wants to improve their health.
My Fiancée and I just started our journey in trying to work out and eat healthier and we took a stop by here to get some protein powder and Dustin greeted us and asked what we were looking for and honestly all I knew was we were looking for protein powder. Dustin went the extra mile and explained all the different supplements they have and what they are used for and on top of that he even helped us figure out a diet plan as well! While this is not my usual location I shop at, as always the employees are friendly and very knowledgeable. Brad was the one who helped me and did a great job. I'm a pretty easy customer as I know what I need each time. But listening to the other employees actively listen to a client's needs, really goes a long way. The S2 staff isn't there to sell you the new, best thing. They always ask questions before making a recommendation.
