Our insurance agent, Brooke, has helped us so much with our production insurance needs for our film and has gone above and beyond to make sure that we're well taken care of. Would definitely work with this firm again.
I paid for an insurance policy but never received a COI or any confirmation, and have not offered a refund. As far as I can tell they took the money but never provided a policy. Luckily I did not need to make a claim during the time period I should have been insured but am out the cost of the policy.
This team is absolutely fantastic.
