No one answers and office not staffed during posted hours. They send bills years to residents who left in good standing after service confirmed the combined bill to Spectrum &Superwire was severed and service retirement to Spectrum. the all in one combo bill failed as Suoerwire couldn't keep up their book keeping up to date and had missing data, with staff turnover.
Told the lady there I only wanted it for 3 months. She didn't even know how to use her computer. Another person had to enter it. So now they say I owe them $500! bait n switch. Stay away from these guys. Blehhh...
