Normally I would give Superwash a 4+. Last Friday, July 16, they get a zero. Took 40 minutes to get my car in the suds. There was only one car in front of me and he was arguing the cost. No adult available to put him to the side so others could continue. Anyhow, 2 very long impatient lines. I was addressed by staff as "grandma", and after getting my vehicle washed had to walk back over to get my towel back that they forgot to give me. I was very dissapointed. This is the first time this has happened, hopefully, never again.
I've been going here for a long time!!! Friendly staff, fast service, affordable and my car loves her bath I will continue to go here all the way from st. augustine
