Would like to thank Superwarm & the team for there professional work they did when installation of a combi boiler & gas fire.They turned up on time & they explained everything they were doing.Left no mess & removed all the rubbish . Would recommend this company.
Superwarm installed a new boiler back in 2017 for us. Since then we have had continued issues. When we raised these issues John (the owner) was extremly confrontational and threatening. I'd recommend you spend a little more and avoid.
I don't like negative reviews so I will post what happened and allow people to make up their own minds. Quote was competitive. Agreed to place boiler where we wanted it - not where was best for them. Timescale was agreed that was convenient to us with a date that we agreed to. All paperwork stated one days work, it took two and we were without heating and hot water overnight - fortunately not in the middle of winter. No explanation or apology was given.
