I used this company and about 2 months after it was done the tub got a hole somehow and bubbled right around the drain and he needed to come back to fix it. Since then we have had many chips and peeling areas and we had followed all cleaning instructions given. Our tub needs to be completely redone again and we will not be using this company.
Well, here we are a little more than a year after Supertubs “reglazed” my tub and it’s a true mess! Much worse than just a stained 90 year old tub, now it is a painted 90 year old tub with peeling paint and caulk mess around every edge and corner. I was immediately disappointed, if I’m honest, when I came home to see that he’d never bothered to even remove the tub’s hardware before painting, but he was such a nice guy (hence the one star) that I felt I should give it a chance. If you are thinking of reglazing your bathtub, this is the company to use. The owner is thorough, professional, and what he says he will do, he does in one day. He leaves the place exactly the way he found it except it looks like you now have a beautiful shiny new bathtub!
