Without a doubt this has been, in 25 years, the worst purchase experience our company has ever made. We trusted their expertise in helping guide us to a good product. We paid $9K for a unit that is a rolling wreck. SuperTech doesn't return phone calls or emails and completely ignores any attempts we have made to get help.
