Without a doubt this has been, in 25 years, the worst purchase experience our company has ever made. We trusted their expertise in helping guide us to a good product. We paid $9K for a unit that is a rolling wreck. SuperTech doesn't return phone calls or emails and completely ignores any attempts we have made to get help. We even drove to their office to get help and the 'guy' that could help us wasn't in but would call us back - yeah still waiting on that call back SuperTech. You guys should be ashamed of yourselves.
