My 200 Saraha stereo took a dump and these guys were the only ones in QLD who gave me the time of day on the phone to troubleshoot and diagnose my fault. I sent the parts off and had motherboards replaced and posted back in 2 weeks! Awesome service through the whole process! For any modern stereo issues theses guys are definitely worth a call !👍

Had a very positive experience with the team at Supertech Electronics. Known issue with my ix35 car stereo so I removed it and boxed it up for a trip to the GC from Brisbane. Dropped off at Australia Post at 9am on Wednesday and had it back, repaired and installed just after 12noon on Friday. Amazing turn-around-time. A bit expensive (~$400 including postage) given the vintage of the stereo, but better than other alternatives that I looked into. Highly recommend!

Very impressed with the service. I sent my Kenworth Stereo via Australia Post to Supertech Electronics with a volume issue. Dave contacted me with the quote and then fixed it immediately. They obviously fixed the stereo on the day it arrived in the shop. From removal of the stereo at Young NSW to the return of fixed stereo and refitted to my truck was a total of 1 week. Super business to deal with. No hesitation in recommending.
