Fatal error – Windows error screen Apparently, it’s a big issue and there’s no fix. I took my 2013 Kia Sportage to the dealer—they couldn’t fix it and suggested replacing the whole navigation panel. I called these guys, they took the stereo out (only took 20 minutes), said it might take a week. The next day, they called to say it was repaired, they reinstalled it (another 20 minutes) and… it WORKS! It works like new—actually, better!
