Supertech Electronics were really easy to deal with the repair process was faultless. Would highly recommend them to anyone.
I was nervous because I was shipping my amp from Sydney. But to my delight, the process was so well thought out so it went more smoothly than I expected. It arrived well before I thought it would and works great. Should have got it fixed earlier; ML Amp for Lexus IS350.
Supertech’s Youtube video was so helpful for removing my ICC safely prior to posting up to Supertech for repair. Posted Thursday regional NSW and back the following Friday to me after repair. Works perfectly, so nice to have sound and functionality again. My 200 Saraha stereo took a dump and these guys were the only ones in QLD who gave me the time of day on the phone to troubleshoot and diagnose my fault. I sent the parts off and had motherboards replaced and posted back in 2 weeks! Awesome service through the whole process! For any modern stereo issues theses guys are definitely worth a call !👍
