UPDATE 10/7/2024: We needed service on our new Samsung frig from the Super Store for an Ice Maker that had died. The replacement was installed in only a week or so after that and required another visit a week later after that for a quick adjustment, but, I will say quite honestly, the Repair service and SuperStore came though for us promptly and we could not be more satisfied with this repair experience. I was in town the 6th for a brief moment. My 3 yr old daughter and I stopped in to kill time and check out some furniture. We were treated very well by a sales woman. I can not remember her name, she was thin, tall, late 40's, black dress. I explained I was in town to drop off my daughter. She was very kind, showed us around the store, and went out of her way to make my daughter and I comfortable. She even played a movie for us in the theater room.
