UPDATE 10/7/2024: We needed service on our new Samsung frig from the Super Store for an Ice Maker that had died. The replacement was installed in only a week or so after that and required another visit a week later after that for a quick adjustment, but, I will say quite honestly, the Repair service and SuperStore came though for us promptly and we could not be more satisfied with this repair experience.
