Friendly and helpful. Good quality. No pressure. Helped us find the perfect six wooden chairs without trying to upsell us. Although it was late in the day, they were able to expedite the process so we could pick them up from the warehouse immediately for our 60-mile trip home and save us from having to make a second trip.

I will adjust my revieI bought a new lazy boy duel recliner. Took a while to get it delivered. Guys brought it in and plugged it in. Gave a rundown of the controls. The truck was driving out of the driveway when I used it for the first and I heard a snapping sound adjusting the headrest and now the headrest on one side doesn't work. I spent a lot of money and waited a long time to get it. To have it broken in the first use is very disappointing. Now having to coordinate another appointment is just a pain in the butt. Was looking for a dual recliner loveseat to replace our pullout couch in our camping trailer and found a perfect one at a reasonable price. All staff were very friendly and helpful and not pushy at all.

People were nice only seem like they have more important things to than to help me and it wasn't busy. I got a bed that was suppose to be soft but isn't and I've tried to contact them more than once and no one gets back to me after leaving messages.
