Its a sewage treatment plant so its a utility but you would think they were a private owner. Our account was paid two days late (technically) due date Sunday, Monday holiday received Tuesday. Small finance charge (under a dollar) even with over 5 years of history and at least 3 years of on time payments would not waive fee. REALLY!!!! Less than a dollar. I know I was late but give me a break. I hope they enjoy their extra revenue.
Due to a return because of invalid acct. no. ,I was charged $30 for $44 billing. I asked to have the fee cancelled or reduced because of my good payment record and the bill wasn't over due. I believe this practice should be handled on a customer to customer basis as it was a honest mistake and that should have been taken into consideration.#***********
