Not only was the staff knowledgeable, they made it easy to get into the higher end of the hobby. Weighing pros and cons of the major brands and models, I was able to make the most informed decision on my purchase. They took the time to explain what all was broken, what was needed for repair, and all the parts I needed to get back up and running. I went in here with the intention to buy two servos and a high end motor for my RC crawler. Admittedly im new to the hobby so I wanted to ask some questions about stuff before I purchased and every SINGLE TIME I was ATTEMPTING TO explain to the guy what I was looking for he would interrupt me by saying something to someone across the store "no not that one!" or "call him and tell him there's a new one in" clearly he wasn't interested in listening to me at all. An easy 5 stars for Superstition Hobbies. You absolutely cannot go wrong working with these guys! This store is amazing — it has everything you could possibly need for RC vehicles. I walked in and was greeted by Sam, who took the time to help me set up my transmitter and made sure it worked perfectly with my F22 jet. He was incredibly knowledgeable and patient. Do your research! Are parts available? I Went to this hobby store to get into the hobby of flying airplanes. I trusted the hobby shop to lead me in the right direction. I ended up getting a horizon hobby sport Cub S2. The plane broke the prop shaft within the first flight. I took it back and they were helpful enough to swap out the airplane because there were no replacement parts available anywhere. Purchased 2 items online, 1 of which I was needing and nobody had in-stock. The other I ordered just to save on shipping from another retailer. 2 business days later, items are shipped. Next day get a notice the part that I needed was refunded with no explanation. Recieved the one item I ordered in 5 business days. Really wish I would have received a call or email stating one of the items was not in stock, contrary to what the site listed when ordering.
