Not only was the staff knowledgeable, they made it easy to get into the higher end of the hobby. I went in here with the intention to buy two servos and a high end motor for my RC crawler. Admittedly im new to the hobby so I wanted to ask some questions about stuff before I purchased and every SINGLE TIME I was ATTEMPTING TO explain to the guy what I was looking for he would interrupt me by saying something to someone across the store "no not that one!" or "call him and tell him there's a new one in" clearly he wasn't interested in listening to me at all. Great shop. I ordered a roll of covering that was out of stock everywhere else. They packed it up and shipped it promptly and for a fair price. I'm very happy!

They saved the day. We had drove to a different hobby store to buy a specific car and called ahead. They said they would hold it but when we got there they had sold it. My son was devastated but we found this store that had the car in stock. It was an hour drive but worth it to see our son happy after being devastated by the previous store. He has been waiting and saving for a long time.
