Not only was the staff knowledgeable, they made it easy to get into the higher end of the hobby. Weighing pros and cons of the major brands and models, I was able to make the most informed decision on my purchase. The very same day, I crashed my new Traxxas Maxx and brought it in to see what parts it needed. They took the time to explain what all was broken, what was needed for repair, and all the parts I needed to get back up and running. I made the repairs without further issues and highly recommended Superstition Hobbies ... read more

I went in here with the intention to buy two servos and a high end motor for my RC crawler. Admittedly im new to the hobby so I wanted to ask some questions about stuff before I purchased and every SINGLE TIME I was ATTEMPTING TO explain to the guy what I was looking for he would interrupt me by saying something to someone across the store "no not that one!" or "call him and tell him there's a new one in" clearly he wasn't interested in listening to me at all. Great shop. I ordered a roll of covering that was out of stock everywhere else. They packed it up and shipped it promptly and for a fair price. I'm very happy!

Do your research! Are parts available? I Went to this hobby store to get into the hobby of flying airplanes. I trusted the hobby shop to lead me in the right direction. I ended up getting a horizon hobby sport Cub S2. The plane broke the prop shaft within the first flight. I took it back and they were helpful enough to swap out the airplane because there were no replacement parts available anywhere. The second plane broke the shaft on its first flight as well, clearly a flaw. I would not have any problem if parts were avail... read more
