Initial online purchase had some double charge issues that were quickly resolved. In store service is excellent and parts selection is also exceptional. If you, for some reason need to call in about an issue and Mike is beckoned, just hang up and drive down down there and deal with one of the other gentlemen kindly willing to help you.
Fantastic service, was a slight issue with stock for the battery/charger combo I ordered but they handled it within ten minutes of my order being placed ensuring I got what was expected without canceling anything. They then called and placed a note within the package informing me again to ensure clear communication. Most places would have just refunded but they went above and beyond in my opinion and will be buying again from them for my future hobby needs.
Love how helpful all of the employees are at this store! Our RC cars regularly break or needed servicing and there’s always a quick turnaround and helpful person to walk us through what needs to be repaired.
Spectacular hobby shop! They've been around for 15 years, and I can see why. Fair prices, amazing selection. RC cars, boats and planes galore. Not to mention plastic models, scale accessories, Estes rocket sets and engines, cool one off items as well. Love this place!
Great place, have been in here many times for either parts and new cars. I have bought both my cars and parts/upgrades from here. Customer service is always great, I am always greeted and someone always asks if I need help. They are very knowledgeable here and someone always has the answers to my questions. They make good recommendations and will not try to upsell you and only give what you need. Most notably I brought in an ESC that had broken on me and they were able to warranty swap it out for me.
