The store has a lot of options from many brands, and offers RC vehicles from the lower end to very high end stuff. The space is a bit cramped, but things are laid out well enough and there always seem to be ample, friendly staff that offer to help every visit. Their website is good too, and they ship orders fast which is nice since I can't always make it into the store.
Initial online purchase had some double charge issues that were quickly resolved. In store service is excellent and parts selection is also exceptional. If you, for some reason need to call in about an issue and Mike is beckoned, just hang up and drive down down there and deal with one of the other gentlemen kindly willing to help you.
This is such a cool hobby shop! If you are into RC cars and airplanes this place is the place to go! They have a great selection and the staff is very helpful and friendly! Definitely recommend!
Fantastic service, was a slight issue with stock for the battery/charger combo I ordered but they handled it within ten minutes of my order being placed ensuring I got what was expected without canceling anything. They then called and placed a note within the package informing me again to ensure clear communication. Most places would have just refunded but they went above and beyond in my opinion and will be buying again from them for my future hobby needs.
Spectacular hobby shop! They've been around for 15 years, and I can see why. Fair prices, amazing selection. RC cars, boats and planes galore. Not to mention plastic models, scale accessories, Estes rocket sets and engines, cool one off items as well. Love this place!
